This sourdough loaf is made from the same slow-fermented dough as our boule, just shaped for easy slicing, stacking, and reaching for again and again. Naturally leavened, baked in small batches, and finished with a beautifully golden crust and soft, flavorful crumb.
It’s the loaf people come back for because it fits real life — toast in the morning, sandwiches at lunch, soup on the stove at dinner. We’ve had more than one customer tell us it didn’t even make it home before a few slices disappeared.

Made with sourdough discard for added depth and balance, these cookies bake up with crisp edges, a soft, slightly chewy center, and chips that sink just where they should.

A little note about flavors (so everyone’s on the same page):
Each month, we feature a Flavor of the Month - one seasonal scone flavor we’re baking regularly and offering in smaller quantities.
Because we work from a flavor drop menu and bake in small batches, additional flavors outside of the Flavor of the Month are available by full batch only. That means if you’d like a specific flavor that’s not the current monthly feature, it requires a minimum order of 8 scones.
This helps us keep things fresh, consistent, and baked with care, no rushed mixing, no leftover odds and ends, just scones made the way they should be.
If you’re ever unsure which flavor is featured or how the menu works, just ask - we’re always happy to help you choose (or tell you when it’s worth grabbing the whole batch 😉).
